Would give -5 stars if I could. Imagine going to a steakhouse and ordering a steak a week in advance only for them to tell you "oh we're actually out of steak for a week, bye". That's what the enterprise vehicle rental experience is like. I got screwed out of my moving trip and now have to pay several thousands of dollars for a flight and shipping. The car I originally reserved was unavailable when I arrived for pickup, but the staff handled it seamlessly by offering me a great selection of options. The vehicle was clean, drove wonderfully, and made the whole rental experience stress-free. Huge thanks to the team for providing such a wonderful experience.
