I’ve been a loyal customer of Enterprise since March 2025 and have always appreciated the courteous and professional service until my recent experience with one of the employees, Jasmin. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional, both over the phone and in person. During a phone conversation, she made an extremely inappropriate remark, saying “not that you appreciate everything we do for you,” not just once but twice.
