Return a car two days after the hail storm in Winnipeg. During said storm we were in Calgary where there was no hail. Sid accused us of hail damage. Manager went to check and said sorry, we were wrong. Sid even went as far as to say “oh it’s all over the roof and hood” ….. was literally dirt. Trying to capitalize on hail damage from locals is CRAZYYY.
The vehicle was good, and I had higher expectations after seeing it. While I was halfway to my destination, I started to feel a vibration at 100 km/h. It was very subtle, and I thought it was probably the unlevel road surface. I didn't feel it at all while at my destination, except for a slight click whenever I turned left or right. My rental vehicle was covered by MPI while my vehicle was being repaired at Winters Auto body. Enterprise provided a gas guzzling Bronco without any input from me. Considering gas is approaching $2 a litre this is the last vehicle I would have chosen. The best part is on May 20th when Enterprise charged me for 3 days rental ($168) because Winters did not complete the repairs within MPI's allotted time.
