Our guy at the Waikoloa was outstanding. Renting from the Enterprise team was something I would suggest to everyone. Having this team's professionalism really made our vacation perfect.
Such friendly helpful people assisted us in renting and returning the car.
If there is a price surge(like during Thanksgiving or Christmas time), they can easily cancel your booking and ruin your vacation.
Terrible service. Our flight arrived at 1:30 PM, but the rental office was only open until 12:00 PM. The next day they simply refused to give us the car and said that our reservation had been canceled. As a result, our entire family was left without a car on Christmas Day and the entire following week. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
