I don’t have much to say except that I booked a car month ago , and was in contact from an employee named Camille I think , we texted and called each other two days before my reservation to confirm , just for her to call me on the day of the reservation saying they have no car available. I had to pay 180 usd in Ubers that day as I was on a business trip travelling between Huamcao and San Juan , while the employee apologized and offered a free day , the damage was already done.
