Staff was okay. Made a reservation several days in advance for a Mercedes or BMW, got a email confirmation. When I arrived a Chevy Malibu, Hyundai and Dodge ram were all that was available. Did not rent. Will not recommend or use enterprise again.
Called to rent , a vehicle was told one thing , then called back and told another horrible business never use them
Had a great experience… Joel from enterprise in Madison was fantastic… He helped me initially pick up the car and I had some issues with the vehicle that I had rented and I took it back and they upgraded me to a super very nice cool car… Would recommend enterprise to anyone who needs a car rental… When I dropped the car off, they even gave me a ride home… Fantastic
I had a great experience working with Julian. I needed a rental on short notice, and despite the challenges of a smaller location and limited inventory, he worked hard to find not just one, but two available vehicles. I chose to take a downgrade so another customer could get the rental she needed, and Julian genuinely appreciated the flexibility.
