I visited the New Windsor location and was very pleased with the level of service I received. This is a very busy location but I felt the employees did their best to accommodate and acknowledge both in person customers and customers on the phone. Jaylen assisted me with my rental. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He made the process smooth and easy. I appreciated the friendly and courteous service. I would definitely recommend this location.
