I received excellent service from your location in Vails Gate NY. The manager Sean and his staff Derick, Jay and Jaylen were helpful and answered all my concerns, I would use them again if necessary.
We needed a rental car because ours was hit by another car and went in for repairs and I loved that they came to where we dropped off our truck and picked us up and their vehicle was clean and the staff was very friendly but there was one thing wrong but I just took it in stride and laugh it off now but I got pulled over in the rental vehicle because the inspector was expired but no doubt it was an oversight and not the end of the world so it is what it is but overall I recommend enterprise 100%
