Wonderful and friendly service
The New Windsor Team Members contributed to an excellent experience.
1. No EZ Pass provided. 2. Too greedy or lazy to give me a cheaper weekly rate rather than a daily rate. Total $800 for 6 days. Could have waived the transportation fee for the one way trip. 3. Not the way to treat a very longstanding customer who supposedly has Club status. 4. Will absolutely go elsewhere like Avis or Hertz next time.
