Service was excellent but car unfortunately had some cosmetic issues. luckily they knew about it and wont charge me for it. I would’ve switched it out but on a time crunch. Not a huge deal, car runs great but just be aware.

My experience with getting the rental was so amazing that I bought the same kind of car from enterprise and it was the easiest process I've had to go through than any other time trying to get a car . Corey and Colin both made it a very positive experience.

I had the so called “manager” Corey degrade me as a women on the phone after i explained the situation as I had a car of there’s through insurance and insurance was paying for it he told me I wasn’t getting my deposit back if I didn’t pay the full rental then said I was playing the victim laughing at me when I told him I can’t afford that and I’m not responsible the insurance is he continued to yell at me call me a liar and say he was gonna come get the car when I said I would drop off the car then called my mother and haras... read more
