Hands-down, the Best Car rental experience of my life! They were very friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating!! Cannot recommend the enterprise at Lamoureux Ford enough! Top-notch!
This rental company has friendly people running the customer service counter and phone lines! The service was fast and thorough, which made obtaining and returning the vehicle convenient. I think the people at enterprise care about the people and thier needs with daily life and I would recommend them to anyone.
I regret using this outlet, very poor customer service, won’t let you talk on the phone or listen to you, kept calm but 2nd time been raised voice at! Promised one car but frustrated I got a different one but now been kinda forced to pay even more to get a kind that I don’t want! Wish I knew I would not have stepped my foot there! Worcester enterprise locations the best!
