I have to give one star to be able to give a review. They don't deserve it. This location provides zero service. They failed to provide a rental car and failed return any phone calls. I had pre booked a car for the week as I was flying into Medicine Hat and needed it for the week and was returning it to Enterprise in Lethbridge, were I was to get on a plane again. The folks at the 9th Avenue location were great! My car was a write off due to a hit and run and not only were they patient with me and my concussion but they let me try out different SUVs as I searched for my new vehicle. Highly recommend!
