Excellent technically after-hours service by David at Medicine Hat Enterprise. He gave us a ride to the airport. And then made another trip to the airport to deliver my wallet that had fallen out in his car! Thank you David! Enterprise was great as usual, the Bronco was perfect for our trip to SW Saskatchewan. We will use Enterprise in the Hat again when we return.
Would have given them 0 stars. I booked a car a week in advance. Got a call 1 hour before the start time to delay my reservation by a few hours. I went to the store at time to find out there were no cars available. There was no warning that cars won't be available. No opportunity to make alternate reservations. It was late enough that all other companies had closed. The staff made no effort to make alternate arrangements either. Just left me stranded having to pay financial consequences of other missed hotel reservations. Th... read more
Rental vehicle was brought for me to Brooks, made it very east for me. Dealt with David & Sheetal, who were very kind with the entire process. Good experience 👍
The staff were very friendly and patient.
