There was a disagreement regarding the length of the rental as well as the cost of insurance. The Enterprise guys resolved the problems to my complete satisfaction. They provided great and friendly service!
We’ve worked with this rental company several times while our vehicle has been in for service, and they’ve always been great. However, our most recent visit truly stood out. During a recent snowstorm, one of the employees (Romario) went above and beyond to make sure we were in a vehicle we felt safe driving. Enterprise Rent-A-Car gave me an amazing experience from start to finish. They actually came to pick me up directly from the insurance place and even dropped me back off when I returned the vehicle! that level of service made everything so much easier. All the guys were friendly, helpful, and treated me with real care, not just like another customer. The rental was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed.
