This enterprise location has a great team of people- they made a stressful & difficult situation better by helping me get a great rate on an amazing car and by being extremely encouraging and transparent in the process. Even when they were overloaded with customers, they still made me feel valued walking in.
I have been using enterprise for the last 15 years and this location is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I made a reservation for 8:30am, I was an hour late to pickup my rental and was informed there was no vehicle available as I was late for my pick up. I was also informed there was no vehicle available at other locations. I did not argue or complain as it seems this was the most ridiculous and laughable explanation I have ever heard.
