The folks at my enterprise car rental location provide super service. They always follow up with me and touch base during my rental to ensure everything is going well. They are the only company that consistently does that. It's a corporate culture that is different and I appreciate it.
I went to rent a car from them. I was greeted immediately by Miroslav. He was very welcoming and pleasant. He brought up my reservation and handled the check in process fast and efficient. He was such a great guy. Then Yemi took me out to my car and we went over the check in process. Again it went by seamlessly and fast. We did notice that the wipers were not working out very well.
