Nice care, professional. Pickup in Naramata. They were willing to let me extend my rental twice and return after hours. Definitely will use the again in Penticton.
After one day of using a vehicle I rented here its battery died the following morning. I had to get it jumped and ended up being quite late to the meeting I'd rented the car for in the first place. Tried lodging a complaint and was told "this is being elevated to upper management" which after no further response in over a month must mean they've opted to do nothing to rectify it.
The Enterprise team in Penticton made our rental experience seamless. We will definitely be utilizing their service again.
Rented a vehicle at the Penticton location. Got a phone call a day prior to our arrival to confirm the rental and to see if we needed a ride from the airport. A nice surprise as I was going to call to request this and or take a taxi to the off site location. Upon arrival they sent a vehicle to pick us up and take us back to the branch to complete our paperwork for the rental. Quick pleasant experience with no issues. Would rent from them again!! Thx Nick
