This place is the best. Such amazing staff, we were in the Penticton Airport having a meltdown because Budget said our credit card wasn’t a credit card (it is) and we were panicking about how we were going to continue with our holiday without a car. Thankfully we contacted Enterprise and were instantly helped, we were told not to worry and that they would send a car over to collect us. Amazingly kind staff and leadership, will definitely recommend to friends and family. I’ve rented cars in a few countries, and it so often seems like it’s interigation/constant upsell for additional insurance. This team offered excellent service and ensured everything that I needed (over and above the rental) was taken care of.
