Always exceptional experience at this location. I’ve used them more than a dozen times for my rentals and have always found the staff to be very attentive and friendly, and the cars in a good condition.
It was totally disappointing and unacceptable. Horrible experience. I called the local 9th ave branch. The call went to the main branch booked the car at wrong location. When I got to 9th ave, they made me wait for what felt like forever, and I got told that there is no car. I got so late for my mom’s pick up and appointments. This guys are the worst to deal with. I did a reservation at the store a week before my trip and in 24h before my trip they called and asked for deposit for 300$ . When I asked why and why you didn't inform me they just said sorry. Shame on you for your bad costumer service. You almost ruined my trip
