Always exceptional service here. Friendly and warm, I've never had a single problem here. Both the gentleman (and I mean that) who checked me in and the one who checked me out were so welcoming and efficient. I also loved the ease of being able to make adjustments to my rental, mid rental, online.
Agent during pick up was really great! Very helpful, efficient and still took the time to be personable despite it being quite busy. Whole process was easy, fee to refuel was only $40 for 3/4 tank, priced well and we liked the Mazda 3. We paid for the full protection and it was worth the peace of mind. Overall great experience.
If you book a vehicle it’s guaranteed they won’t have it. Stay away, enterprise has gone down the drain as far as service goes..
