We booked a car with this location several months ago for our daughter’s Wedding with pick up time set for 9am. On pick up day our plans changed and we were not able to get there till 1pm. We called and informed them of our delay before 9 am. We arrived to a vehicle that was filthy dirty and looked like it had not been washed in months. They also had to take it to fill it up with gas while we waited. Very very unorganized! I would not rent a car from this place again & would not recommend this place to others!
Booked a Mustang convertible by this company yesterday & was picking up @ 9 ave sw location today. They didnot have the vehicle for me & down graded the car & I called the car a pce of crap, so the manager said they can’t rent to me. The manager is lacking common sense & the ability to lead by example. They should have understood my frustration and tried to make their customer happy . I got a rental through my insurance company from this location and got an expensive car with a high daily rate as my car repair is taking longer than expected i wanted to change to a cheaper car to get some more days rental i went to the location they told me we don't have smaller cheaper available they will call me when available i have been waiting from last 5 days and have called number of times with no result very hopeless response looks ike Enterprise just want to Milk money from insurance company and in the end would g... read more
My insurance always books me a rental through Enterprise when I need work done on my car. Has always been great to come to this location, convenient to downtown and my office, they always have a comparable vehicle and sometimes even an option for me. They're great at calling right away for bookings and have been great about rescheduling as I need sometimes. The service team there is always friendly even when I walk in the door 5 minutes to closing. I wish I wasn't that person but I am.
Use Insurance code just 34/day and could get a amazing clean and new SUV. The driving experience is amazing. However, the one star is deducted because after the insurance code expiry, you need return the car first and start another rental and pay 118/day. It would be great if no return is required and keep using insurance rate when starting the service
