Although there were some issues with the vehicle, the professional and helpful attitude of the staff made the overall experience very pleasant. In particular, Afif and Rahaf provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this place !! Come again !!
Truly amazing staff! We were supposed to pick up our car on Sunday Sept 6th but there was a huge road closure and it blocked all rental cars from going in and out of the area so we couldn’t pick up our car from this location. Adrian kindly helped us pick up our rental car from at location nearby and even deducted the Uber cost from our total. They also upgraded our car from a sedan to an SUV! I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped me (Sam maybe?) she was fantastic. It was such a pleasure to come to this location and be greeted with such friendly staff. This will certainly be my go to rental car location
