Gave me car with 11/12 gas left but wants me to return at full tank. When asked rep why the tank wasn’t full he lied and said the gauge was not accurate
What a joke! I had a vehicle reserved - get there and they “don’t have one ready. 15 minutes to clean.” 45 minutes later I go to see what’s going on, and they tell me they have one now, go outside it’ll be right there Another 20 minutes, still no car. Finally cancelled the reservation and took an uber. Last time I’ll be using that clown show I spent more time waiting for them to find my reservation than I did flying in from Edmonton 🤣
If I could leave a lower than one star I would. I arrived at the Kelowna Airport Enterprise’ on time, only to be told the car I had reserved two weeks earlier was not available. Then was told, I may have to wait an hour to an hour and a half.for a car. After an hour and forty minutes I stood in line listening to the manager scramble to find another car for a group that he canceled, because they had asked availability at other rental agencies. Had a car reservation for 11 am. Had to wait in line till 12:30 as it was a long line and only 1 person working. All other car rental booths had 2 or 3 workers. They had no cars left and fail to tell everyone that was in line. So we all learned there was no more csrs one by one.such a waste of time. A car was promised to be available at 2 PM. A lot of people waited because they had no other options. My car was available closer to 4 PM. I will never book with Enterprise again.
I reserved a car rental at Kelowna airport for one week starting Sept 20. When I arrived at 2:30 pm (time rental was booked for) I was told there wouldn't be a car available for at least 2 hours and I was 3rd in line to receive a car when they start to come back. REALLY!! Not sure what a reservation means to them but they knew well in advance that a car was booked. Last time I use Enterprise.
