I have never had anything bad to say about Enterprise before until I visited this location. Be very careful and take videos, photos, and ensure you have the name of who you are dealing with. Parth Z. tried to claim we damaged a vehicle we didn't. This was after we had already returned the vehicle and our flight had landed. He was disrespectful over the phone as well.
Friendly and quick service but I was given a car that was lower quality then what I paid for (over $1000 for 5 days). It was a 2022 Mitsubishi mirage that was falling apart to say the least. Driving that through the mountains of BC was terrifying and when I asked for another option I was told that was all they had although I booked months in advance. We have rented from Enterprise all across North America, it is our favorite company to deal with and we enjoy unbeatable, genuine customer service and good value. This location was no exception. There was a young lady and gentleman at the counter at 10pm on Friday night. Answered all our questions and got us into our vehicle quickly. Vehicle was a 2025 Nissan Kicks. Everything about the experience was first class Vehicle was excellent. The staff were superb. Highly recommend enterprise. We went like a pro ha ha ha. You should go like a pro too.
