Colin was super helpful with explaining to me what to do about the cracked windshield in my rental from Ontario. Unfortunately he had no cars to swap out for me, but he was friendly and helpful!
The staff at the Rothesay Avenue location in Saint John NB are the best! I needed a vehicle last minute and they worked hard to secure me one. The VW Taos they provided me with met all my needs and was clean when I received it. Would totally recommend Enterprise in Saint John.
Worst experience ever, booked car online and when I went for pickup, they told me there’s no car, it was a system mistake. No communication, no calls beforehand.They ruined our family plans and for them it’s just another day in the park.
Rent a car from this location. Great customer service from Alex . He was amazing and greet me exceptionally well. I really recommend everyone to go this location . It’s was quick , hustle free experience.
