My first rental and it was a super easy process with Enterprise in Red Deer! Accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! Vehicle was perfect for my needs and price was right! Highly recommended
Layla & CJ was absolutely amazing the service from the minute we walked in to Layla meeting us by the front when we returned the rental .. they knowledgeable friendly and we will definitely be using their services again.. Definitely worth the visit
The staff were very helpful and efficient throughout our rental, which was required while our car was in the repair shop after an accident. The conditions of rental were clearly and full explained, and there was excellent communication when there were issues with our insurance. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Wonderful experience with every single agent that I dealt with. Had a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. They delivered it to me, it was in good condition. Leila was amazing - very responsive and thorough. She was easy to contact. When the rental got a flat tire I called in they instantly offered me to either bring it back and swap for a new one or to take it to a tire shop nearby and they would pay for the change. All in all, I would definitely rent from this location again! Excellent service!
So helpful on a very difficult day after our not at fault accident. I would strongly recommend Enterprise to get car when you need one. We loved the Buick
