From two experiences, I can say the staff are not serious, but I cannot say they are dishonnest!
I booked a vehicle 3 weeks ahead of time. They called the day before pick to tell me nothing was available
Awesome customer care Afordable pricing When ever I need to rent a car they always have one for me whether for a day or a week. My go to place
Reserved vehicle then was called day before and told they did not have it. Had to drive to another location an hour away and wait 5 hours which delayed our trip even further then were told we had to return to vehicle to the same location or suffer a 300 dollar penalty so again another 2 hours out of our way for their mistake and we were just told they are busy and it’s summer. What a joke. Why take reservations if you can’t even guarantee the vehicle will be at pickup location? What a joke
