Phenomenal service from everyone that was able to help assist my needs - and even help accommodate earlier pick ups and supply me with the best transportation I could have asked for. Rented a Dodge Durango from Peter Arsany at this location. Stellar customer service. The SUV was spotless and perfect for getting to and from canmore for work while my car was in the shop. Will rent again.
It’s interesting how welcoming and reassuring everything feels at first, especially over the phone, where it sounds like a vehicle will be ready and waiting. However, the experience in person turned out quite differently. After arriving, I was initially told the car would just need a quick clean, which seemed promising, but later it changed to there being no vehicles available for the day at all.
