Rental experience, after being involved in an accident, was very efficient and courteous. Car was great and we were very satisfied with all services provided.
They are lifesaver...very clear communication, accommodating and open on Sunday.
So disappointed. I booked a car online for two days,but pickup still took 45 minutes.The employee (possibly the supervisor) not sure he checked me in had a poor attitude and not respectful,kept asking for the same information that I already put in online and made the process much harder than it needed to be, even though we had all the required documents. Need to put GPS Customer service definitely needs improvement.
This is the best location in the city to rent a car. Whenever we reserve a vehicle, they help us get the best ride for our journey, and get us on the road quickly. Special shout-out to Demi, who helped us get our last couple rentals. He happily helped with a few small irritations, and even exchanged vehicles when one wasn't ideal. 10/10 will return and recommend.
