Customer service is top notch! Would like to especially mention Sergio and Josh. They will guide you practically and will get you into most suitable vehicle. Follow up service is great aswell. Have been renting from this branch from more than 6 months, not even a single complaint
Upsetting, time wasting joke of a company. Enterprise is an approx $100bn company but still has a system that wastes consumers time. Called and booked a vehicle, agent confirmed everything was good. All I had to do was pick it up. Prepared kids and the family and drove to the branch. When arrived, I was then told they had no vehicles available.
