I’ve rented from this locations several times over multiple years. Never had an issue. Sure there has been an odd hiccup, but they’ve always done what was needed to accommodate that. My advice is book your reservation a week or more in advance and return the vehicle how you picked it up if not better. Great staff, excellent service no issues whatsoever I recommend to use them for rental needs.
Evan was amazing to deal with. I have had no good experiences renting cars. However this is a complete game changer. He is professional, Polite , straight to the point and patient! I highly recommend dealing with Evan at this branch. I had a phenomenal experience. When the time arises for another Rental, I will definitely give them my business because of Evan !
