Booked a vehicle for 12:00pm today, when I went into the building to get the keys and pay for the rental I was informed they gave our vehicle away…??? Even though I have a confirmation email along with pick up/drop off times. I booked a full-size car through Costco Travel for pickup at the South Edmonton 97th Street location on July 5 at 9:00 AM. The reservation was confirmed, and I had already made non-refundable plans in Calgary based on having that vehicle available. The next morning, Enterprise told me the car was not available and that they had no vehicles at that location. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked a car online after mine broke down, spent $60 to uber to the location as I RECEIVED confirmation of my booking. When I arrive they tell me they have no vehicles at not only that location, but none in the city. They then proceed to lie to me telling me they called me and left me a voicemail. I have no missed calls, no voicemails. Absolutely appalled by the service. The only reason you get one star is because I couldn’t select zero. Do better.
