I had booked four weeks in advance and instead of the Hyundai Venue I had asked for I was given a Mercedes GLA250. About the same size of vehicle but way more fancy gadgets. The staff was great both when I picked up the vehicle and when I dropped it off. I just wish it would have been what I asked for at first
Always an absolute pleasure renting from this location. Every single one of the staff from Jasmine, B.K, Saif, CJ, Mayar (sp?), Krishna, and anybody whose name I am forgetting are all fantastic to deal with! They truly go above and beyond for me and extend the utmost respect, and for that they have gained a lifelong client.
Amazing experience. Everyone was very accommodating and couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks team!
