We had always rented from the Park Avenue location, in Paducah. I will NEVER go back to try & rent from Enterprise @ Airport location! The guy called-the morning of our reservation-& said he didn’t have a car for us! I called Hertz & got an immediate rental reservation but Enterprise guy called back at 1pm (had 2pm pick up) & said he “found” a car. Showed up at 15 till two, needed major credit card & when we placed it down for him to run it, I said I was disappointed in the treatment & unneeded stress he gave me with my rese... read more
Easy pick up easy drop off. Everything was great! I liked the car had no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful.
