We had always rented from the Park Avenue location, in Paducah. I will NEVER go back to try & rent from Enterprise @ Airport location! The guy called-the morning of our reservation-& said he didn’t have a car for us! I called Hertz & got an immediate rental reservation but Enterprise guy called back at 1pm (had 2pm pick up) & said he “found” a car.
