I was told to pick up a car at 3 o'clock on Sunday . and I get to their office and there's nobody there there's a sign on the door that says closed on Sundays I tried to call and no one answers so much for getting a car.

They asked me for a current utility bill in my name ,seemed strange to me I've rented cars before and never had this asked of me.
