I had reserved a vehicle four weeks prior to the date I needed it that day came. I called to confirm they had no reservation under my name. They are no other vehicles I can get they will not return phone calls finally at four in the evening they had a vehicle for me. I don’t know what they do, but it’s really not good customer service.
Staff were helpful and attentive, both over the phone and in person. They were patient and answered all my questions, making the whole process stress free.
Blake was very helpful & kept me informed on the rental status at every stage.
