I would reconsider before going to this place! I had a reservation and when I got there, they first said that if I’m not getting my car serviced at the caliber collision they are connected to, they can’t give me a car. I told them I that I had it reserved for today at this location and then It turned into well we don’t have any cars today. Such an inconvenience and horrible customer service!
If I could give you 0 stars, I would. I had a guaranteed reservation with a Priority Pass from Enterprise. Only to be told you don't accept reservations from insurance companies and did not have a vehicle for me. Would have been nice to know that before I got to the location with no other options! And the agent "kindly" suggested that perhaps I should call around to other locations to see if I could find a vehicle. Really? Very helpful very talented people I'm really appreciate all their assistance Even helped me to adjust my phone to the car it's an international phone and they were more than helpful and even in returning the car every thing went so organized and smooth Definitely when ever I need to rent a car will go there
Great service, fast and friendly. Friendly staff make renting a car super easy.
Management did not care about the service that was given. They can not keep good people. No wonder!!!!!
