Very friendly and accommodating staff on Rt 23 in Wayne NJ.
We booked and paid for Jetta which is c class Sedan(4.64cm) length but when we arrived we got Kia soul(4.14cm) length which is b class and really small car comparing to Jetta. And guys is working insist: it is same class car. His explanation is” for us both car are same class.” There was a few cars same class with Jetta they didn’t even offer it instead. Needed a car in a pinch... Got a very good price on a nice sedan and everyting was super smooth... even though I am not a frequent renter and can't remember the last time I used Enterprise..... The team at the Wayne office was very professional and polite.... I noticed they were very busy that morning and yet, they treated other 3 or 4 customers very nicely. Highly recommend and will stick with them for all my car rental needs. Thank you ! Slawomir C
Good customer services. But not honest with dealing we did . They changed me extra for one full day and we returned the car before the time.
