I arrived at Enterprise after a mechanical issue with my vehicle and had Ubered to the location. The representative asked what vehicle I currently drive and then returned with a large SUV that had already been prepared. He never asked what type of vehicle I wanted or what my budget was, instead appearing to assume I would take the SUV because of what I currently drive.
