Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been calling for days, and every single time they pick up just to put me on hold with no actual help. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.
My tire popped going up the hill on 22 toward this Enterprise on my way to an important health appointment in the city I'd been trying for months to get. Luckily I'd left early in case there was an accident or traffic. The lovely team here helped me out in my hour of need! I called a tow for my car and Bryce was so calming and helpful in the face of my frazzled state. Very courteous and right on time
The pick up experience was great. Seamless car pick up an drop off. Great service person.. However, the next day, I reported that the rental vehicle was not drivable (limp mode/check engine light) and scheduled a tow between 8:00–9:00 AM on 4/11/2026. The tow did not arrive until approximately 4:00 PM. As a result of the delay, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location I was directed to for a replacement had already closed (around 1:00 PM), leaving me without transportation for the remainder of the day.
