My rental was covered by insurance for a third row vehicle which is what I drive to accommodate my children. I spoke with two or three representatives, assuring them what type of vehicle I was going to need and they provided me clarity I would get that. upon arriving at enterprise that was not the case UNLESS I WANTED TO PAY MORE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, I WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE. Used enterprise on multiple occasions. But this location is top-tier they go above and beyond!
Enterprise helped to get us a very dependable vehicle while my personal car had to be in the collision center for repairs. They took care of my needs greatly.
I really appreciate they took my feedback by not pushing their insurance and gas options.
