Horrible experience.
I had an excellent experience with Enterprise in Terrace! The staff were absolutely wonderful! Incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to answer all my questions. The whole process of picking up and returning the car was smooth and effortless. The car itself was very comfortable, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. I highly recommend this rental location and would gladly return here again. The team really goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, which made my trip even better!
Staff were friendly and very helpfull with all our questions and concerns. Communications via email were timely and easy to understand.
