We usually lease with Enterprise as we have always been treated well in the past. The staff is courteous and helpful and their rates are generally less than other rental agencies.
We get a call yesterday to confirm the rental n never told that even w a credit card you need a $200 deposit so I wanna put 200 on debt card n renal on my car and we still get no where as you have to have all kinds of proof of where you live to use debt card so we go home and get a ton of stuff which is still no good once we get back because my electric bill shows a balance is still owed which I have already paid so they won't do anything to help n neither does the customer service when I called I then tell the manager thank... read more
