Enterprise is always my 1st choice for car rentals. Their deduct is lower than any of the other companies and they've always gone above and beyond to deliver great customer service. the staff if very friendly and courteous. I've rented from the Navy Blvd office for years and i've had nothing but positive experiences.
DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!This is the worse Enterprise location ever!! Tolanda the manager is very unprofessional and unorganized. I had a reservation and they had no cars (there was a lady that waited 4 hrs for a car). They almost ruined my trip to Tampa fl, until I went to Budget-Rent-A-Car and got a car!!
Customer service was horrible when I initially went in for pick-up; profiling. When I returned for drop-off, customer service was a lot better. More positive vibes.
Second enterprise office I tried to call today. Neither picked up the phone. Moving on to the next rental.
