Great staff, were so good to me in a bad time
Absolutely terrible service. I am so disappointed. I will never again use enterprise for my rental services !!!! Lesson learned !!!!
My husband and I have been trying to get a rental for almost a week now (no one’s fault just computers not talking to each other) and was able to secure one finally. Even the first interaction with the team was helpful. But, Anna was wonderful and really helped us out with getting us a reservation for today. Thank you!
