After checking in with a woman, I was asked to wait. I waited outside under their covered porch. The vest was less than 10 minutes. I was told I could get a Mitsubishi, a hybrid, and another SUV. Of course, I chose the hybrid. After making the choice, I was told the price would increase by over $100. I then declined. The car I reserved was a sedan. The car given to me was not a sedan, but a crossover. I didn’t mind getting a larger car, however, the employee reviewing the car with me asked me if I would be willing to pay an extra daily rate because this is the next class of vehicle up, which is a little ridiculous when you’re given a car you didn’t ask for. I recently rented a 7-passenger vehicle from the Enterprise location in Pineville, NC for a family trip to Coastal Carolina. During our trip, we discovered a screw in the sidewall of one of the tires, which left us without our rental for about 24 hours. While getting assistance locally was challenging, the team in Pineville stepped in and quickly resolved everything.
