Read everything as far as details online had the two forms of ID the payment and the card with the same name on it then I get there to pick the car up and they tell me I need a third form of ID which I did not bring with me because I thought it was not needed so now I do not have a car and I'm stuck here very unprofessional people work here don't know how site manager got to be a manager because she has no management skills at all and no customer relations skills very disappointed never had this problem before renting from E... read more

I absolutely love this location. They are always so helpful and make sure I am comfortable and get in what I want. The branch manager Heather & her team is amazing! I’ve worked with almost all of the staff when renting and I wouldn’t switch locations! Best place to rent!
