Staff was so rude they gave me a vehicle and didn’t check if it was driving properly and also when I called one person says one thing another person says something totally different . I would never do business with Enterprise. They ignore your calls and end your call quickly they also don’t know how to communicate and do not respect that your time is valuable. It's scam. Reservation team mentioned they are seeing the real time inventory. Reservation team booked the reservation. I asked them are they sure they have the car. After few mins while I was about to reach to pick up the car they mentioned they don't have that particular car but they do have full size sedan. I said that's interesting as Reservation team confirmed with convertible car(showing in real time inventory system) which even pricing me higher then online rates.
