I will never use Buena Park enterprise due to poor customer service. Colleen asst mgr was rude and not very helpful. Apparently, she believes that by smiling and apologizing she can be less than helpful. She would not accept a debit card because I didn't live in Buena Park or La Mirada. i wasn't informed about that rule when I booked the car rental. My father did not want to drive a minivan for our Thankgiving out-of-town trip, so I had to cancel a pretty good deal and started my rental reservation all over again 2 days before our trip! I was expecting that it would be difficult for me to find the car we want in a reasonable price, but the Exterprise website showed that I could still get the Standard SUV we want at this Buena Park location with very low weekly rate. We have used this office twice recently and are beyond pleased with their customer service and efficiency. After a horrible experience with Hertz, we were concerned that experience would carry across this industry. We have friends who have also patronized thie Buena Park office and are in total agreement with our opinion.

The vehicle was dirty from inside the glasses were very dirty you could not see outside at night time problem mechanical with the vehicle I told the associate before I took the car out about the it she say it was fine but it was not car was shaking i had same experience with the same vehicle and when I brought the car back I told the others employee about that and they just gave me a bunch of excuse and it wasn't really cool the vehicle was not renal ready i was a regular renter but after this I would not go back to this loc... read more

My first time experience at this location left me disappointed. I had reserved a vehicle that wasn't there when I had arrived. It took them an hour to get me out. When I returned to drop off the vehicle it took them another hour to get me out. Customer service wasn't an issue it was the professionalism that needs improvement. This is just my experience and hopefully yours is better. However I strongly recommend the enterprise in Anaheim near Disneyland.

I've rented from them a few times in the last month or so a have been very satisfied. They have me in and out in no time. Drop me off quickly. The employe's are very nice and efficient
