After my car was hit and needed to be in the shop for repairs, I contacted Enterprise for a rental. The process was incredibly smooth. When I called, the agent already had my insurance’s request ready to go, which saved us a lot of time. The rental car was ready when we arrived, and although we noticed the license plate was a bit loose, they immediately replaced the vehicle with no hassle. Usually we prefer enterprise. However they confirmed that they overbooked and led us no car with 8 people waiting to go somewhere at the last moment. No offering to solve the problem either. So thanks, great way to ruin your vacation or any important plans.
