Excellent service, the staff was very helpful. I was very pleased.
This is more of a general suggestion for enterprise. The staff at this location were all friendly and helpful. The vehicle categorization can be confusing. I initially requested a standard SUV (Ford Edge or similar) but got a Jeep compass which is generally considered a compact SUV. The enterprise agent who was helping me was kind enough to offer alternatives after I expressed my concerns and he (plus his partner) were very helpful. Very happy with the staff starting with the shuttle drivers to the rental agents, very friendly and very professional. The cars are very clean and up to date with all the related Safety Inspections. Overall it was a great experience and I would like to mention Luke the rental agent that helped us, very professional and helpful. Agent thank you and keep up the good work.
