I had a vehicle from enterprise and I left a 100 dollar bill cash in it by accident and my work bag. Everything I left was returned including the cash. I really appreciate their honesty
DO NOT USE THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION. I experienced the worst customer service of my life due to absolute staff incompetence and zero accountability. When my rental vehicle was towed, Enterprise was required to submit a simple release letter to the towing company. Because the staff was completely untrained, it took them three separate attempts to send the correct paperwork.
