I used to like enterprise. It’s too expensive now.
I had a good experience with my rental from Enterprise—until a few days after I returned the car. That’s when I noticed an additional unauthorized charge on my credit card, with no email or phone call explaining why. I had to take time out of my day to go to the physical office to find out what happened. At the counter, I was told I was charged for an extra hour. However, my rental was for only 48 hours, and I actually dropped the car off 15 minutes before the scheduled return time. There are security cameras on the property... read more
