Pleasant experience , good customer service
never pick up the phone, they make you wait on call easily over 30 mins and hang off , no follow-up on reservations, No cars available almost always. Really hate to do business with this location.
They waited on me after closing and everything was smooth I will definitely be back!
READ BEFORE YOU RENT ENTERPRISE! I made the mistake of getting a rental from these crooks, I dropped off my car with no issues, they said nothing, even after fully checking it over. then a month later I recieved a bill for $3500 in hail damage. It was parked right next to my truck every night 1 had it and 1 know it did not hail anytime I was awake, my truck has no hail damage, so It could not have gotten it while I was renting it.
