Worst rental car experience I've ever had. My insurance upgraded my reservation to an equivalent vehicle, but I was told they didn't have one available due to a recall and put me in a much smaller car instead. I was also promised a pickup from the collision center. After waiting over an hour, the collision center ended up driving me to the rental office because no one had even left to get me. Their explanation was that they were short staffed. To top it off, after returning the car, I've received three separate toll invoices... read more

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I receive when visiting this location. I understand that representatives do not have control over the reservation at the branch directly so customers are easily able to become upset or angry at the staff because of being overly booked or them being out of certain vehicles best suggestion is to call and be certain they availability ahead of time.
