They took my reservation including a pick up at a body shop. They never called or showed up. I called and they told me they only had a more expensive car and would not honor the price on my reservation. These guys cannot be relied on.
Jay was awesome. Ill do business with Enterprise again because he had great customer service. Management was awesome also. I had a great car.
I was very impressed. My car died in the middle of the road and I had to figure out how I would get around and they called Enterprise first thing. They found me a car. I had it within an hour. The rates were great. The car was perfect, and they even upgraded me because I was having such a bad day. I dealt with a guy named Andru who was wonderful and I will definitely use them again.
