Super easy experience and Kade took care of me and got me on my way. Highly recommend this location and Kade’s customer service.
Horrible customer service. They said they have a car for me. I came waited and then they wanted to give me a bigger car than mine. Not happy. U take care of your customers and go above and beyond.
Really pathetic service from this location. First they give a squeeky suv, I was ready to pay for upgrade but they had none and now after 5 days for returning the car, they haven't send me closing receipt. Local folks at this location never pick phone and central customer service have no view.. just telling to wait since location manager can only close the file... super annoyed with this location. Over that my reservation also not showing up on enterprise portal my rental..
UPDATE: This place is a SCAM. I was recently in another fender bender, and apparently GEICO alerted this location that I needed a rental—just like the first time. Amazingly, they had no problem calling me the very next day to make a sales pitch, once again promising they could schedule my rental and pick me up from the collision center. Clearly, they didn’t bother looking me up before calling.
