Great service from Enterprise team at Redmond. Simple and speedy collection here and likewise our return to SeaTac. Was supplied with the exact car we had ordered which is often not the case! No nonsense upselling. I booked this with some trepidation as my last Enterprise rental in Italy was an awful experience. Fortunately my concerns were unfounded . I would recommend Enterprise at Redmond based on my experience here.
First and last time booking from this location. Their employee Grace messed up reservation drop off time of 6pm and pushed it up to 11:30am despite the original confirmation email and rate in attempt to collect an extra $170. Just called to inquire about that and why the 2024 Camry they gave us has been flashing “maintenance required visit dealers” since the car had been off their lot. She switched her voice like an actress, began fake crying, hung up the phone, and now my number is blocked from calling back. They just opene... read more
Wonderful customer service! Picked us up from our hotel on time. The driver made an emergency stop in time to allow a mother duck and her eight ducklings safely cross the street. 😀 Rented the car with no issues. Will definitely use Enterprise in the future!

I love this Enterprise. Everyone who works there is fantastic. Always kind, understanding, efficient, and helpful. Brendan the manager is wonderful and deserves a shout out. I’ve rented from them many times now and the experience is consistently top notch.
