Called Enterprise at return spot to touch base,as not to get over charged. They were supposed to call me back and never did. No rental cars available for one way travel back home to my state.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst rental car place around. Hang up on you cause you ask to speak to someone higher. Well he said he is the boss of this location so if that is true makes sense when you look at reviews .Hertz is down the block with much more respect for customers.and have cars for people to rent.

Rented a vehicle three days ago and showed up to pick it up and they don’t have the vehicle. They had the wrong number in the system because they did not update my telephone number when I gave it to them. And basically they’re like too bad so sad. Poor management, poor customer service. Just simply unprofessional.
Amazing service, amazing vehicles, greatest prices around. Rep was absolutely amazing!!!
