Rented a vehicle three days ago and showed up to pick it up and they don’t have the vehicle. They had the wrong number in the system because they did not update my telephone number when I gave it to them. And basically they’re like too bad so sad. Poor management, poor customer service. Just simply unprofessional.
Amazing service, amazing vehicles, greatest prices around. Rep was absolutely amazing!!!
I’ve never had a worse experience with a rental car location, or maybe even with any business. Despite a standing reservation, agent claimed there were no cars available and said their definition of reservations are “a goal to work toward.” My family still has not gotten our car after already missing an hour of our reservation now, and the business is making no effort to prioritize a resolution or any financial relief to their mistakes.

I have returned cars here several times, but this is the 1st time renting from this location. I understand the internet was down. But when u reserve a month in advance, I expect the right car and clean. They said it was a mid size car but it was so small. I paid more for a little bit bigger but got smaller them my previous rental when I rented a economy car. Also when I got there, they said they are cleaning the car real quick.
