Very rude and nasty manager named TJ at this location. He definitely needs more training on better customer service and how to speak to people. I walked in with two people ahead of me. He decided to make me wait because what I needed was going to take longer time. (Didn’t even take 5 mins) He helped three other people that came in 10 minutes after me. He was also rude on another occasion when I was scheduled to come swap out a vehicle due to it not being safe to drive. The maintenance on these vehicles are not being kept up ... read more
