Very rude and nasty manager named TJ at this location. He definitely needs more training on better customer service and how to speak to people. I walked in with two people ahead of me. He decided to make me wait because what I needed was going to take longer time. (Didn’t even take 5 mins) He helped three other people that came in 10 minutes after me. Great, easy, and fast experience.
Excellent customer service and well maintained vehicle. I have made Enterprise my number one choice, and this location my “go-to” for every rental.
Please take pictures with time stamp of the gas indicator and the interior of the car. The Steele Creek location at 10421 S. Tryon fraudulently charged me for cleaning and gas. Luckily, I have pictures with time stamp of both, and I took the pictures as soon as I rented the car. They charged me $250+ extra fraudulently. Stay away from this location.
