Excellent customer service.
I was a little disappointed at first because when I got there for my reservation time they didn’t have a car available. We had reserved a premium car but they only had an SUV available even though we had reserved a car. My husband and I were taking a small trip to a small narrow downtown area and booked the car because of the size and a larger SUV, was not going to work. It was a very smooth, easy process. Everyone was super helpful and friendly every step of the way.
I made a last minute reservation to book a car here and called twice to make sure they had the car I was trying to rent. The guy said yes both times. As soon as I got to the rental place at the airport the guy told me that they didn't have that car and they couldn't rent to me, I told him that I called twice earlier and was told that the car was available.
