If your windows get smashed by a vandal and road side tells you to drive to the nearest Enterprise location, make them to come get it!!! Roadside doesn’t even bother to check if there’s a rental available so then you’re just driving around with broken glass all over the place.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise. While traveling, I got a flat tire and contacted customer service. They instructed me to go to the airport location where they assured me a replacement vehicle would be provided. When I arrived, the treatment from the staff, including the manager, was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told there were no vehicles available, despite clearly seeing multiple vehicles on the lot. They then said they would repair the tire instead. After waiting more than 3 hour... read more

We rented a Toyota RAV4 at the John Glenn Airport in Columbus, Ohio. The employees were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our car was extremely clean and in really good shape inside and out. It was full of gas. There was a wide variety of cars to choose from. The return was super simple as we were leaving very early in the morning. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.
