The staff here are fabulous and hard working. I think the airport has the staff handling cars across all rental agencies. Honestly, just book whatever agency has the best deal and you can pretty much pick whatever is on the lot. We did rent a luxury vehicle with a broken component that could not be adjusted and so the seat was very uncomfortable. We swapped out the car no problem. They were super quick and nice. Many thanks to the staff here!
From check-in, to selecting the vehicle, to exit, and then the return, I had an amazing experience. Every person was friendly and helpful.
Got a dud car(not a cheap one...a lemon) with bad steering and my satellite radio never worked. One of the top10 worst rental car experiences I have had. But honestly...most everywhere I went in Ohio during that week had weird/substandard customer service in comparison to pretty much everywhere else I travel. I think half the state was either high or on some kind of sedative.
Mini was great! I hope that's her name by the way. Easy experience, great customer service and she even upgraded us. Unfortunately the beautiful car she upgraded us with was involved in a hit and run while it was parked and unoccupied. Thankfully where we were staying had it all on camera catching the person.
