Awesome Team there in Northridge. I would highly recommend Enterprise for your rental carneeds.
They have gone downhill over the past few years my last rental they gave me had bad brakes, a bad tire and was dirty, as well as had no gas The location I went to swap it out at in Las Vegas at the airport the manager there was extremely rude and disrespectful
This is a pretty typical non-airport rental car location. However, every employee I interaced with was fantastic. I had gotten into a collision and dropped my car off at a local body shop. Enterprise sent someone to pick me up (and drop me off when I returned later). The staff assisting with the rental were super friendly, not pushy or rude or anything at all.
