From start to finish I had a great experience with manager Nocolas Delgado and trainee Adrians Lam Gaston! Nicolas as a manager went beyond and helped me with the rental ( my reservation was for Reseda location but by mistake I went to Northridge) both are located about 3 miles away from Each other on Reseda Blvd) And Adriana was very friendly and professional to take me to my rental, explaining everything and hand me the car keys. Thank u both
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Enterprise on Reseda Boulevard. Nico, the manager greeted me with a smile and took care of me with great customer service. Very pleasant experience carried out by outstanding personnel especially Tony. Only negative was dirty windshield making driving into the sun a nightmare which I had to stop and clean. Still the only rental company I use
