Nice cars , good fast service
Friendly staff and easy pick up and drop off.
I requested a van or a 3 seater vehicle, they were there available but it was given to a white person whom got there without a reservation and after me, I requested to talk with a manager and I was lied to, discriminated and to this date I never received what I requested for a van, instead I was given a old 2012 Nissan truck, unbelievable.
I would like thank Derek, from this location for his amazing, genuine customer service, very patient and helpful . Thanks Derek. Also, want to thank Tony for his great customer service as well for the smooth process.
From start to finish I had a great experience with manager Nocolas Delgado and trainee Adrians Lam Gaston! Nicolas as a manager went beyond and helped me with the rental ( my reservation was for Reseda location but by mistake I went to Northridge) both are located about 3 miles away from Each other on Reseda Blvd) And Adriana was very friendly and professional to take me to my rental, explaining everything and hand me the car keys. Thank u both
