I recently rented a vehicle from this location and at first I wasn't happy, but Andrea really worked hard to make sure I was pleased with my rental and I had the privilege of meeting Trey who was my ride to pick up the rental. He was in a great mood which put me in a great mood,. His taste in music, and his driving habits were spot on. He was very courteous, and is the reason I gave them 5 stars, but I appreciate all of Andrea's effort and hard work.
Enterprise always goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They explain everything so detailed so you feel secure on your trip. I will always use them when I need a car rental. Thank you Enterprise!!
Made an appointment for a rental a week in advance. Got dropped off at the marion Ohio location just to find out Andrea the manager dropped the ball and was several cars short for her customers, so i had no rental as promised. I had to get a ride back to the body shop and pick up my vehicle and explain to them and my insurance company why I wasn't able to have my truck repaired as was previously arranged by everyone including enterprise. Still dont have a rental and my truck still isn't in the body shop.

Marion Enterprise is a great place to go. They always have what I need and the employees are wonderful! Highly recommend! I won't go anywhere else
