I needed a last minute rental to take to the Detroit airport from Marion, Ohio. I put in for it online, a fullsize car. The computer let me... however when I got there which mind which you was only about 30 minutes later because they close at 12pm on Saturdays and it was Memorial weekend, they didn't have any cars in that category. It was really good
Never called me back for insurance rental. After paying out of pocket - reservation not ready . Kept spinning us along trying to stretch time out to get us in the reserved car. Then lied about where it was. Whole site was just a chaotic debacle. Do not recommend
