My car was wrecked in an accident, and I needed a rental for a few days. This Enterprise location is within walking distance of my apartment, so I got a rental with them. Juan, the manager, went out of his way to assist me. The day I needed the car, they only had SUVs left which I refused to take. A reservation was made ahead of time and the car was supposed to be delivered. When I contacted the office, I was told there was only one person there, so they couldn’t deliver. I paid for a ride. When I arrived there were two guys at the office, so they lied. Then, I was told they didn’t have any cars available and I would have to go to another location where only more expensive vehicles were available, again I had a reservation. Horrible location. The Issaquah location was 1000% more helpful and professional.
