2025 I had to rent a car, and this time the experience was much more pleasant. Stéphane and the other gentleman were both amiable and easy to speak with. They were helpful in answering my concerns and inquiries. I drive a 7 seater and I asked the Repair Garage to ensure that I get a 7 seater but they did not and just put a standard suv for me, but when I explained to the Enterprise team that I have 4 children under 13 and need a 7 seater they were compassionate and understood my situation despite them not having a 7 seater in their fleet.
