Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation because, apparently foolishly, I assumed a reservation meant that a vehicle would actually be reserved for me. Nope. Enterprise had no problem accepting my reservation, but when it came time to actually provide the vehicle, suddenly they “didn’t have any cars.” Even worse, they claimed they had been trying to contact me to cancel the reservation.
