I rented a car from this place on a Friday morning. I returned it that Friday night. Here it is Sunday and they haven’t closed out my rental, so that means I won’t get my deposit back until 24-48 hours after they close my rental. I was expecting my money back on Monday but now I have to wait. I’m pretty pissed because I’ve never been through anything like this. I guess I will continue to rent from the enterprise that I like. Never again at this place!!!

Absolute worst experience. The site says to book at closing because it won’t affect the rate. I booked to pick up the vehicle at 6pm but arrived at 5:30pm. Upon entry I tall guy with dread locs said the office was closed, with a straight face it was clear that his intention was for me to leave after he made the statement 3-4 more times.
