With the reputation car rental places have, Enterprise (this location specifically) is doing the leg work to change it for the better. I was picked up at the body shop my car was being worked on within minutes of calling them and was given a variety of cars to pick from. The car I chose was clean and had no issues. Drop off went smooth and they gave me a ride back to the body shop quickly. Everyone I interacted with was sincere and helpful. I genuinely mean no offense, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a person of color. Not playing no race card. They’re Definitely the types to gossip as soon as you walk out the door
