Rental was set up at the Springlake location, but they had no Rentals, so we got one from Brooklyn Park location. We spoke to James and Brenna at the Springlake location, Brenna called and notified them that the reservation was being transferred for Caliber, but the Brooklyn Park store said they hadn't spoken to anyone! Called Springlake 5, and they showed the order still! Ended up paying 1000! We have been using them for 7 years, very disappointed!
This has been my choice for a long time, I always rent from Enterprise here in Brooklyn Park MN and on my trips to Burbank CA and Chicago city IL. Have not had any disappointment, always have enjoyed my ride. Great Car Rental Company and I recommend it.

I got into an accident about a month ago and was told by Allstate that I could rent a car here and to the total cost of the rental would be covered. After we returned the car a month later, they come out and say they’re only covering three days because my car was totaled. Now enterprise is also saying we have to pay most of the amount out of pocket. None of the previous information was ever bright up to me. I feel my dad and I were lied to. Never will I use enterprise again.
