The worst service I’ve experienced. They told us they had a large vehicle like we wanted, and then said they didn’t but they had one slightly smaller, and then came back and told us they didn’t, and again they come back and tell us they don’t actually have that either… all of this happened while at the location we spent an hour getting to, just to leave without a vehicle. The manager Keegan refused to come out of the office to talk to us or compensate us for the inconvenience.
Contract was confusing
The customer service at the Brooklyn Park store is extremely top notch they came through with a vehicle we needed for our road trip
