Poor customer service
I had a fantastic experience at the Brooklyn Park location. My truck was being serviced and the dealership had no loaners available. Enterprise was super accommodating and when I shared that I was looking to rent a truck, they said they would do their best. A couple hours later I was being picked up in the truck they found for me! I had no idea my truck would be in the shop so long (44 days!), but Enterprise was great at extending the rental and being very flexible in dealing with the constraints of the reimbursement allowan... read more
