Had the greatest customer service at the Kenora Enterprise car rental. Store manager Sofiri was very helpful and friendly as was Anna and all the other people we met there over our multi-rental summer.
I had to get a rental recently, and I wasn’t aware there was an issue with my CC. I went to pay, it didn’t work. So the customer service rep was beyond helpful and patient with me as I got it figured out. He was very helpful, very kind, probably the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with getting a rental. He helped me get my card unlocked, just the patience was amazing.
Very professional and friendly service from Anna at 1005 Railway St. in Kenora, Ontario. I rented Hyundai Elantra and was happy with it's handling and fuel efficiency. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.
