Our car was totaled in an accident. Our insurance company connected us quickly with Enterprise. Enterprise got with us immediately and set up a time for us to come get a car. We showed up at our local Enterprise rental location and we were driving our in a car in short order. The Enterprise employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Issue with communication ended up costing me a extra 100$. Probably going with someone else next time.
Today I was called about a booking from an Andrew informing me they do not carry the vehicle I booked. As he proceeded to transfer me to the “right” department, I was hung up on or attempted to leave a message to be taken care of when I need the vehicle to leave in 24 hours. As I’m trying to tell him, all I need is for him to locate me a location in Houston that does and guarantee the type of vehicle I booked will be there as this rental is for a birthday experience for my dad, this is very important to my family.
