They came to the shop I was leaving my car and took me to the office to sign my paperwork for the rental. Caleb explained the car operations and I was out within 30 minutes. The car is clean and runs well. Overall I'm happy with my experience the first 2 days I've had it.
Overall bad experience here. I won't be using this enterprise again!

Employee was super helpful, I'm on the receiving end of an not at fault accident. However, the progress insurance company... did not want to upgrade my vehicle. To full size... I drive a truck. The but they were able to upgrade me for the same price... Mr Easy
