For years I have rent from Enterprises, typically on SW Freeway Houston, Texas. My last two were on Broadway St, Pearland, Texas. This time I used the Dropbox to return the key on Sunday after hours. Today, Tuesday I was informed the key was missing. I was accused of not returning the key. So long story short, I was charged an additional 300 dollars for enterprise to cut another key, because they are not allowed to keep a spare at the location. I asked them check the cameras. I would just like to thank Maria and Patrice for assisting me with my rental. I had a very great experience and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. I am currently driving the 2025 Nissan Sentra as my rental and I am loving it. Thank you guys for the help!
