Do not recommend this place. They took 10 mins to recognize that we were there despite the Tomball location calling them to tell them we were on our way. They were very rude and dismissive, barely made eye contact. Very apathetic to our issues (which they never truly asked what was wrong with the vehicle!) I watched them interact with another customer and they were very flat and just down right unhappy to be there. When it go to our turn they informed us we’d have to wait even longer for a replacement. Love that I can call this location 4 times in a row and end up hearing background noise for about 1 sec and then hung up on. The last time I attempted to deal with them a few months ago, had the same issues, decided to drive to the location while on hold to find the store empty with 2 employees sitting behind the counter just talking to each other.
Employees were rude. Did not have a vehicle ready that was reserved 2 days prior. Will never use this company again
Gonna continue to come because the customer service is always great with Sia, Taylor and Scott
