They rarely answer the phones. And their economy cars are honestly terrible. UPDATE- they finally answered and they upgraded me to a sedan for the inconvenience
Everyone was friendly and professional. The process was easy and the car was great.
The girl at the front desk was amazing the guy that helped me get into the car was great as well but honestly, the car was not very clean inside or out. It was not awful either though so I would definitely go back to Enterprise and I would definitely recommend Enterprise especially at the Broomfield location. Still gave five stars because of the customer service. :)
