I wish I remembered the woman at the front desk's name, because I would specifically call her out for her friendliness, helpfulness, and cool tattoo-ness. The whole process was very easy (disclaimer: mine was an insurance rental, so I paid for nothing). I found picking up and dropping off the car super easy, and the car was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend Enterprise for any rental needs!

Friendly staff and efficient. Was provided a jeep like hybrid car since used the "the pick" options. Was told since it was hybrid it should get great mileage and did not have to plug it in. Well not quite. Charge was never over 1%. And it appears to only charge when coming to a stop. My trip was all highway and not good gas mileage at all, but that's on me for not choosing a specific vehicle. Everyone was kind and helpful. The car was in great shape (except it began to overheat just before I turned it in. Staff were informed) Otherwise it ran well and had all the features I needed. The cost was fair.
