Good people!! They look our for their customers. Dropped a truck off to me when I thought I was going to be stranded for a couple hours. Made my life so much easier after all the BS I had to go thru with a car accident.
Booked a large SUV for spring break a month in advance. Was notified the morning of pick up that they had no large SUV and no ability to get one from a surrounding vendor "because it is spring break" - which is why we needed ours. Very disappointing.
I had a great experience in general. Lex was very nice; however when I dropped it off I needed to wait 10 minutes for an Uber and they have this super annoying alarm that goes off if you're just hanging out waiting for your Uber. That blares every five seconds. Extremely hostile. Where am I supposed to go? I'm on a highway
Got a rental from this location from my insurance. They never called me to tell me my insurance stopped paying or when my last day was. Insurance didn’t communicate that either as my truck was a total loss and had not been paid out for it yet. So they now want me to pay close to 3k when there was no communication whatsoever. Use to be the only rental place I go to.
