You will receive exceptional customer service at this particular Enterprise. I did have to wait about 15 minutes for him to clean the car out and sanitize it, but it wasn't a big deal. The car had animal hair in it, a burn mark from a cigarette on the ceiling on the passenger side, the passenger side window gets stuck and won't move sometimes and the date and mileage of the last oil change was a while ago, so that needed done.
