Service was good car was clean and not quite full of the tank for hay what can you do
My rental experience at the Waveland MS location was AMAZING! Ashley assisted me with getting my rental and it was proficient quick and she was very personable. I called her when I was on my trip because I had a question about tolls. She remembered who I was without me having to tell her. When I returned the rental back she was friendly asked me how my trip was and wished me happy birthday again. I felt like I came home to family! Manger called me threatening to charge my card on file because I didn’t return the car the day before. I told her that caliber collision had added an extra day to the insurance payment. She told me that he is not able to do that. She said again to bring the car back are she was going to charge my card on file. I was under the impression that she was supposed to contact my insurance company not harass the customer. At least find out what is going on before contacting the insurance customer.
The staff at the Waveland Enterprise is professional, kind, and quick to get you in your rental car.
Very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back and will tell others about the experience.
