Trying to rent a car , called 6 times and no body answers, called location in alexandria and they said someone would be there at the Marksville office, drove to Marksville and the office is wide open, but no one is here except for 1 guy washing cars out back that didn't know anything about the office work , and he said the office guy is on vacation.....ummmm... so how do I rent a car???

I was explained in detail the legalities, and given information if I ran into any problems. The car was new in great condition when I received it and I am completely satisfied. I would use Enterprise again if I need to. The employee set the bar as a devoted extension of the company. Fast, kind, professional service. The experience was easy and stress free.
