Very easy process, friendly staff
All of the folks I spoke with both on the phone and in person, we’re extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use enterprise in Concord again.
sun visor fell out of left side bracket when I tried to put in down--rental site fixed it when it got back there. However, the worse was the unexpected cost for two hours because I picked it up at 10 am and returned it at 11:41!! This minute to minute rental law should be explained up front! Beware of hidden cost
Truth in advertising for this company lacks integrity. They consistently over promise and under deliver in the vehicle availability at the local dealer. Second time I have been disappointed, not likely to rent from them again
Great experience at Enterprise. I needed a rental for a few weeks. Staff was efficient and professional. Price was reasonable. The rental car was clean with a full tank of gas. Very impressive. I would recommend.
