We secured the rental before picking it up. It was ready, the car was as requested and very clean. Both individuals that helped with pickup and drop off were exceptional. Also, I left a set of earphones and they called me within minutes to let me know they had found them.
Brooke was very helpful this morning. She switched our vehicle as requested and made sure we were comfortable, connected and ready to go. She was polite, professional and helpful.
